Analyze a supported event log

Start with a CSV event log from a Fulfillment or Support operation. OpsProof checks the structure locally, then asks you to confirm the business assumptions it cannot safely infer.

  1. 1. Choose operation type
  2. 2. Upload and validate
  3. 3. Confirm operation and validate fit

Choose operation type

Will my data work?
  • UTF-8 `.csv`, maximum 1 MB and 10,000 event rows.
  • Case, activity, start, completion, and resource fields.
  • ISO-8601 timestamps with `Z` or an explicit UTC offset.
  • At least 20 completed cases across 60 observed minutes.
  • Reviewed Fulfillment or Support topology.
  • No duplicates, invalid timing, unsupported transitions, or overlaps.

A reviewed map of the stages OpsProof supports. Choose the one that matches your operation.

A compatible sample meets the structural CSV contract. You still confirm operating inputs and must pass observed fit before Decision Lab connects.

Connect a complete decision bundle

A runnable bundle owns its validated model, scenario, optimizer, bindings, labels, and provenance. Identifier matches never transfer a sample scenario.

Files remain local until you explicitly connect a confirmed decision bundle.
